Our story and philosophy
The old restaurant was beloved by many, but unfortunately, the back of the building collapsed due to the disaster caused by Typhoon No. 19 in 2019. The area was designated as a "dangerous residential area," forcing us to build a new restaurant. Finally, we have been able to resume operations in a safe location.
In the quiet mountain setting, please enjoy our delicious soba noodles made with fresh spring water and locally grown, house-milled buckwheat flour.
